Azul’s main operations center is located in Quito, Ecuador. 7,000 m2 (75,000 sf) of building areas provide enough space for administrative and logistics as well as engineering, food processing and other activities. These installations provide a safe, secure and hygienic environment for people and for all types of goods: an ideal work and logistics area.

Support offices are located throughout the country and in other countries of the Americas to assure the proper flow of supplies, equipment and personnel to the different job sites, as well as to provide local management and administrative support.

Azul uses state-of-the-art, including satellite, technology for e- and internet communication providing continuous and efficient transmissions of information between all work areas. We also operate with 20 HF, UHF, and VHF radio frequencies.
These systems permit the field and main offices to be permanently connected for technical information, billing, payment to personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors and for correct project management.

We have self-sufficient permanent and temporary office and camp facilities which house thousands of workers. These installations include living quarters, offices, workshops, warehousing, and recreation facilities.

These bases are also equipped with medical centers which care for our own workers, and when requested other workers and people from the surrounding community.

Complete mechanical, welding, carpentry, and electrical shops provide support at the job sites.

There are excellent potable water and sewer treatment systems at each camp.
