Our scope is broad. We locate and acquire the land; we develop both basic and detailed engineering; we carry out complete, turnkey projects: engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. We also do operations and maintenance.

We work in the transportation area, building roads and bridges, in some very difficult areas, as well as providing air and river transportation.

Our engineering and design area is a well-organized and experienced team. Using state-of-the-art software, they develop conceptual, basic and detailed engineering, technical specifications, feasibility studies, budgets, geo-technical studies, topographic studies, environmental studies, electrical-electronic engineering, as well as instrumentation and control.

Our engineering department does civil and mechanical design, as well as process, structural and architectural design –everything that is required to develop complete projects.
